A concept app for Kimpton Hotel's loyalty program. 'Karma' comes in the form of perks and benefits to users by tracking their participation.

Kimpton focuses their passion on unique personal touches for the guests of their boutique hotels.

The team at FINE was asked to design an app for their loyalty program. My concept elevates the experience by interacting with the user and offering them unique personalization. By tracking a user’s stays and participation at Kimpton Hotels, the app not only gains them access to manage their personal account, but also engages the customer on an aspirational level. I worked as one of the contributing conceptual designers.

Karma is earned by booking stays and dining at hotel restaurants as well as participating in Kimpton social media. Karma points earn members credit towards tangible rewards and ultimately a free night at a Kimpton Hotel.

VISUALIZATION

In this concept, Karma is visualized through individual geometric shapes and colors to create a larger mosaic which represents the users experience.

More participation earns you more Karma. More Karma gains you more rewards.
