Kimpton Karma

This early concept for Kimpton Hotel's loyalty program gives 'Karma' in the form of perks and benefits by tracking stays and participation.


Once a user is logged in they receive a customized message based on their Karma level. The app interface changes color based on what level they are on.


As users continue to earn Karma, their status and the app change to glorify their advancement. Program levels are kept ambiguous through the use of an ever-evolving moniker as users gain Karma. 


Users can sign in and manage their current reservation or start planning a new one.


Karma is earned by booking stays, dining at hotel restaurants and social media participation - ultimately gaining you a free night. Users accumulate rewards along the way. 


More participation earns you more Karma. More Karma gains you more rewards.
